The foundational phase of your program is 36 supervised sessions. Then all members move to our maintenance phase which is a less intense but still crucially important part of the program.

No, all of your sessions are completed virtually through the tablet we send you via post. Sessions will be conducted with our physician and monitored by someone qualified on our team
We monitor you via live video over the Carda App. Our EPs monitor heart rate and blood pressure during every session and personalize the program to you as you make progress!
