Carda Health's got places all over the country and they even do video chats for folks who live way out. They know it's hard for alot of us with lung problems to get around, so they try to make it as easy as possible. Just give them a holler and tell them where your at and what you need.

I’m in the same boat as you stage four and on oxygen. I just started at Carda Health and I can already tell its making a difference. The exercises are safe and the coaches are right there with you. Give them a call and see what they can do for you, Hang in there!
